NEW!! For September 2008, Cordova Bay Co-op Preschool is now offering an afternoon Mon/ Wed/ Friday 3's & 4's Combined Class!

The morning is started with free play, where the children can choose from a variety of craft projects, playdough, toys, puzzles and other activities. Then they clean up and have circle time, wash their hands and sit down at the snack table with their friends to eat. After snack they head outside to burn off some energy.

9:15 – 10:15 Free Indoor Play. Creative art materials, books, imaginative play, blocks (large and small), manipulative toys, play-dough, finger-painting, wheat play and nature table.

10:15 – 10:25 Clean-up. Duty parent and children work together with putting equipment away.

10:25 – 10:45 Circle Time. The ECE leads children in group activities which vary from day to day. Circle time could include music, singing, story reading, movement, discussion and games.

10:45 – 11:00 Snack Time. Children bring snack kits to the snack tables. This is a social time for adults and children.

11:00 – 11:25 Outside Play. Riding, climbing, games, running and sand play.

11:25 – 11:30 Goodbye Song. To signal the end of the preschool day and say goodbye to all your friends.
