Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser - Monday May 26, 2008

 

At Beklens Restaurant on Cordova Bay Rd from 6:00pm - 9:00pm (Dinner will be at 6:30pm)

Tickets will be $20 per person. This includes a burger of your choice (Chicken, Beef or Mushroom) and either a glass of wine or beer. The tickets will be available from Shelley Haydar beginning May 1st. (Maximum 84 tickets)

Charitable Donation Letter

We need your help with our Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser Monday May 26th. This event is our largest fundraiser for the year. We are asking each Preschool family to try to get 3 - 4 Silent Auction items for this year's event. If we all work together, this years Auction will be the best yet. Attached is a letter that can be used to take to businesses and or personal contacts to ask for donations. You may even consider giving something that is new or nearly new/excellent condition that you were given and no longer want.

** Each donated item MUST be recorded on a separate "Auction Donor Form" (See attached) and dropped off with your Silent Auction Items by Friday May 9th. Smaller Items can be left in Colleen Clare's box at the Preschool and larger items can be dropped of at her home. Her address is 744 Claremont Ave. Please phone her first at 294-5848.

  • Attractions (ie Butchart Gardens, BC Museum, Miniature World etc)

  • Tim Hortons

Other items:

  • Themed Baskets of smaller items (ie Movie Basket, Wine Basket, Tea / Coffee Basket)

  • Children/Adult books or bookstore gift certificate
